  • Thermaltake unveils the Bigwater 770 liquid cooling system

Ignoring the interweb's tech trash cliches Thermaltake has whipped up a little something to keep our PC's components cool during this cruel summer. Dubbed Bigwater 770, the new liquid cooling system builds on the success of the 760i and comes to offer a more powerful cooling option for overclockers and all-round PC enthusiasts. The Bigwater 770 consists of a dual 5.25" bay box which contains a P500 500 L/hr pump with ceramic bearings and a refill reservoir, a 12cm Motorsports radiator which is backed up by a 120mm fan that works at seeds between 1300 and 2400 RPM and an all-copper waterblock which weights in 230 grams and can be connected to Intel LGA775, Socket 478 and AMD AM2, Socket 939 processors.

Thermaltake's new system has 3/8" (9.5mm) tubes and also includes a flow meter for extra practicality and coolness (BEd: Coolness, sure). The Bigwater 770 should start shipping later this month and unfortunately we don't have its price tag yet.
