อยากใช้ Snipping Tool ใน XP มีป้ะครับ

คือผมอยากได้โปรแกรม Snipping Tool สำหรับ วินโดว์ XP มันจะมีเปล่าครับ แหะ ๆ ขี้เกียจมาปริ้นสกรีนและ Paint มันช้าครับ
