คือว่าเล่นคอมอยู่ดีๆ มันก็ขึ้นหน้าจอสีฟ้า แล้วมีข้อความแบบนี้ค่ะ

มันขึ้นบ่อยมากๆเลยค่ะ แล้วก็ค้างหน้าจอฟ้าไปเลย ต้องบูทเครื่องใหม่
บางทีบูทแล้วก็ยังใช้ไม่ได้ ต้องบูททีละหลายๆครั้ง กว่าจะใช้ได้ กลัวคอมเจ๋งจัง
ลองหาข้อมูลจากหลายๆที่ แต่ก็ยังไม่เข้าใจว่ามันเกี่ยวกับอะไรกันแน่ค่ะ

สาเหตุมันก็มีเยอะมากเลย ไม่เข้าใจอยู่ดี ท่านใดรู้วิธีแก้ไข ช่วยหน่อยนะค่ะ T_T
