ซื้อแรมยี่ห้อไหนดี

[อยากรู้]

ว่าจะซื้อแรมใส่เพิ่มครับ แต่ไม่รู้จะซื้อยี่ห้อไหนดีช่วยแนะนำด้วยครับ อีกอย่างครับ dual-channel คืออะไรครับ

แรมโน๊ตบุคเลือกยี่ห้ออะไรก็ไม่ค่อยต่างกันเท่าไรครับ แค่ดูดีๆว่า ใส่กะเครื่องเราได้หรือเปล่า พวก bus พวกชนิด ddr ddr2 อะไรพวกนี้อ่ะครับ


dual-ch ก็คือ bandwidth ram จะเพิ่มเป็น 128bit แต่แรมต้องเหมือนกัน (ไม่เหมือนกันก็ dual ได้ แล้วแต่ดวง)

ถ้าทำงานธรรมดาไม่เน้นความเร็ว (สูงมาก) ไม่ได้โยกย้ายไฟล์ไปๆมาๆ ก็ไม่ต้องคำนึงถึง dual ไม่ dual ก็ได้ครับ

ก็เพิ่ม bandwidth เทียบกับการเพิ่มท่อน้ำอ่ะครับ ท่อใหญ่ขึ้น ก็ส่งน้ำ(ข้อมูล) ได้มากขึ้น

แต่การใช้งานทั่วๆไป ไม่จำเป็นถึงกับว่า "ต้อง"มี แต่ notebook ส่วนใหญ่ก็จะมีอยู่แล้วครับในปัจจุบัน

ของพวกนี้ก็มีไว้ดีกว่าไม่มีครับ

Dual-channel architecture DDR/DDR2 SDRAM describes a motherboard technology that effectively doubles data throughput from RAM to the memory controller. Dual Channel-enabled memory controllers utilize two 64-bit data channels, resulting in a total bandwidth of 128 bits, to move data from RAM to the CPU.
In order to achieve this, the DDR/DDR2 SDRAM memory modules must be installed into matching memory slots, which are usually color coded on the motherboard. Each memory module in each slot should be identical to the one in its matching slot. It's also possible to use similar memory sticks from different manufacturers or different production series as long they are of the same size, specification, the same number of memory chips and internal organization. However, several motherboard manufacturers only support configurations where a "matched pair" of modules are used. For this reason, most memory manufacturers now sell "kits" of matched pair DIMMs.
