ใช้โปรแกรมexploer xpดูไฟล์ที่document and settingมั้งลบไฟล์ที่เป็นตัวนามสกุล.exe,.cmdมั้งแล้วก้ลบโฟลเดอร์ซ่อนที่ชื่อautorun.infโดยใช้unlockerนะ ลองดูครับผม อาจจะนะ
