เรื่อง แชร์ printers

คือว่า
ผมมีคอมพิวเตอร์อยู่ 4 เครื่อง ต้องการจะแชร์ ปริ๊นเตอร์
เครื่องที่ 1 ผมเซ็ต IP เป็น 192.168.1.101 ซึ่งเป็นเครื่องที่มีปริ๊นเตอร์ พ่วงอยู่ 3 เครื่อง
เครื่องที่ 2 เป็น 192.168.1.102
เครื่องที่ 3 เป็น 192.168.1.103
เครื่องที่ 4 เป็น 192.168.1.104
subnet mask 255.255.255.0 ทั้งหมด
Default gateway 192.168.1.1 เหมือนกันหมด เพราะใช้ต่อเน็ตด้วย
ตั้ง computer name เป็น Client 1 2 3 4 ตามลำดับ
ตั้ง Workgroup เดี๋ยวกันหมดทั้ง 4 เครื่อง

ผมได้ทำการแชร์ ปริ๊นเตอร์ที่ เครื่องที่1 แล้ว โดยทำการแชร์ ปริ๊นเตอร์ทั้ง 3 ตัว
แล้วทำการแอด ปริ๊นเตอร์ จากเครื่องที่ 2 3 4 โดยวิธี Add a printer > เลือก A network printer... >Browse for a printer เลือกไปที่ workgroup > Client 1 > แล้วเลือกปริ๊นเตอร์ และลงไดว์เวอร์ตามขั้นตอนจนเสร็จเรียบร้อย
เครื่อง ที่ 3 4 สามารถมองเห็น ปริ๊นเตอร์ที่ เครื่องที่ 1 ทำการแชร์ไว้ สามารถทำได้สำเร็จ

แต่ .... เครื่องที่ 2 ไม่สามารถเห็นพรินเตอร์ทั้ง 3เครื่อง ที่เครื่องที่ 1 แชร์ไว้
ผมจึงได้ลอง ไปที่ My Network Places > View workgroup computers > แล้วคลิ๊กที่ Client 1 แต่ไม่สามารถเข้าได้โดยมันแจ้งว่า

//Client 1 is not accessible. You might not have permission to use this network resource. Contact the administrator of this server to find out if you have access permission.

The server is not started.
ปรมาณนี้ นะครับ เพราะ จำไม่ค่อยได้

ผมจึงได้ ลองทำการ ping โดย ยิงไปที่ เครื่อง Client 1 โดย ping 192.168.1.101 -t
มันขึ้นว่า
Reply from 192.168.1.101: byte=32 time=1ms TTL=64
ซึ่งมันก็สามารถ ping ได้
แล้ว ผมก็ลอง ทำการ แชร์ ไดว์ D ที่เครื่อง Client 2 อนุญาติให้ เครื่องภายใน workgroup สามารถเข้าถึงข้อมูลได้ แล้วลองใช้ เครื่อง Client 1 ;Client 3 ;Client 4 ดึงข้อมูล จากเครื่อง Client 2 ซึงก็ สามารถดึงข้อมูลได้ไม่มีปัญหา สามารถมองเห็น เครื่อง Client 2 ใน View workgroup computers แล้วเข้าไปดึงข้อมูลได้ ตามปกติ
แต่ Client 2 ไม่สามรถ เข้าถึง เครื่องอื่นๆได้เลย
ลองปิด Firewall หมดทุกเครื่องแล้ว

ใช้ Windows XP sp2 หมดทั้ง 4 เครื่อง ครับ


จากปัญหาข้างต้น เราสามารถแก้ปัญหาได้ยังไง มีวิธีไหน ที่สามารถจะแชร์ปริ๊นเตอร์ ได้บ่างครับ

ลองเปลี่ยนชื่อ กลุ่มวง ของเครื่องที่ 2 ดู แล้ว รีสต๊าด แล้วเปลี่ยนกลับไปใหม่

เคยเป็นเหมือนกันครับ แต่จำไม่ได้แล้วว่าแก้ยังไง กรรม
ทำ network setup wizard แล้วใช่มั้ยครับ
ที่ folder option ตรง view ติ๊กถูกที่ use simple file sharing แล้วใช่มั้ยครับ

ผมเคยแชร์ปริ๊น 6เครื่อง วิธีทำแบบบ้านๆหน่อยคือ ให้มันวิ่งผ่าน hub อ่ะ วิ่งไปตามสายlan แล้ว เซตเครื่องที่ 1 เป็นตัวที่มีปริ๊น ใส่ไดรเวอร์ไว้เรียบร้อย ลองปริ๊น 1ที ถ้าออกก็ไปเครื่องที่2 เราก็ไป control panel>printer and fax>add a printer>เลือก a printer network printer ,or a printer attached another computer>Browse a printer>แล้วเลือกว่ามันอยู่ไหน อาจจะ อยู่ workgroup ตามที่ท่านตั้งไว้ แล้วกด finish พอกลับมาตรง control panel>printer and fax มันจะขึ้นยี่ห้อและรุ่นของปริ๊น ไม่ต้องลงไดร์เวอร์ แล้วปริ๊นดู ถ้าออกก็ทำกับเครื่องอื่นๆอีก ไม่ต้องตั้งค่าวุ่นวายแต่จะสั่งปริ๊นได้ก็ต่อเมื่อ เครื่องที่1(เครื่องที่มีปริ๊น) เปิดอยู่เท่านั้น ถ้าไม่เปิด ก็ไม่มีไฟเลี้ยง ก็ปริ๊นไม่ได้ ลองดูๆ

ลองทำตามที่แนะนำมาแล้วครับ แล้วก็ลอง เซ็ตระบบใหม่ทั้งหมดอีกครั้ง มันก็ยังไม่ได้อ่ะครับ


มันจะขึ้นว่า The Server service is not started.

ลองทำตามที่บอกแล้วนะครับ แต่อี ตรง Browse a printer นั่นแหละที่เข้า เครื่องที่ 1 เพื่อหา ปริ๊นเตอร์ไม่ได้

service บางอันถูกปิดรึป่าวครับ ดูใน admin.. tool น่ะ
เป็นผมถ้าแก้ไม่ได้ก็ลง windows เครื่อง Client 2 ใหม่เลย น่าจะเป็นที่ windows นะครับ

หาเจอละครับวิธีแก้(ไม่แน่ใจว่ากรณีนี้ใช้ได้รึป่าว) มี save เก็บไว้ เพิ่งไปค้นมา
วิธีลง network printer แบบ manual ได้ผลดีจริงๆครับ

พิมพ์ชื่อตรง add printer เลยครับ เช่นตัวอย่าง....
เครื่องที่เป็นเครื่องที่เสียบ usb print ไว้ชื่อ XP print ชื่อ Hpdeskjet เขาไปดูว่าปริ้นตัวเองชื่อที่เเชร์คืออะไรนะครับ
ก้พิมพ์ไปเลยว่า \\xp\Hpdeskjet มันจะหาเจอนะ ผมก้เเชร์ปริ้นเเบบเดียวกัน บางเครื่องหาปริ้นไม่เจอทั้งที่กรุ๊ปเดียวกัน ก้เลยลองพิมเเบบนี้มันได้ครับ

1 ชื่อ wrokgroup ของแต่ละเครื่องต้องตั้งให้เหมือนกัน my computer -> properties
2 กด add printer จาก control panel

พิมพ์ ip address เครื่องที่แชร์ printer ไว้อ่ะครับ
เมื่อมันขึ้นโชว์พวก printer /share folder ก็ double click ที่ printer ได้เลยครับ
ผมใช้วิธีนี้กับ vista ได้ผล

พิมพ์ชื่อตรง add printer เลยครับ เช่นตัวอย่าง....
เครื่องที่เป็นเครื่องที่เสียบ usb print ไว้ชื่อ XP print ชื่อ Hpdeskjet เขาไปดูว่าปริ้นตัวเองชื่อที่เเชร์คืออะไรนะครับ
ก้พิมพ์ไปเลยว่า \\xp\Hpdeskjet มันจะหาเจอนะ ผมก้เเชร์ปริ้นเเบบเดียวกัน บางเครื่องหาปริ้นไม่เจอทั้งที่กรุ๊ปเดียวกัน ก้เลยลองพิมเเบบนี้มันได้ครับ

ทำตามท่าน เฮโรอีน นี้ได้เลยครับ (ชื่อน่าพาไปเที่ยวฮ่องกง)

ที่ทำงานมี100กว่าเครื่อง ก้เจอแบบนี้หลายเครื่องอยู่เหมือนกัน Seach แบบ Manual เจอแน่นอนครับ

ปล่อย ip เป็นเเบบออโต้ได้มั้ยครับ ทุกเครื่อง ของผมไม่ได้ตั้ง ip ไว้ ใช้เเบบ auto เราท์เตอร์มันจ่ายเอง เเค่ลงไดรเวอร์กับเสียบปริ้นไว้เครื่องไหน ก็พิม //ชื่อเครื่องที่เสียบปริ้น/ชื่อปริ้นท์
